Committees at Tucson CREW
All Tucson CREW members are
encouraged to become involved in the chapter by joining a committee. You
are invited to match your interests with the committees described below,
and contact the Chairs by e-mail by clicking on their names.
Membership Committee
The
focus of the Membership Committee is to identify and recruit dynamic new
members to actively participate in the CREW organization while retaining
our current members. The committee also manages the application process,
and is a central resource for membership information. The committee

EDUCATION COMMITTEE
The Education committee presents an
annual educational seminar held in the Fall. The topics are highly
informative, and continuing credit hours are available. The Education

SPONSORSHIP COMMITTEE
The Sponsorship Committee solicits
sponsors to support the activities of Tucson CREW. The committee develops
relations with potential sponsors for annual sponsorships and special
events. The Sponsorship Committee Chair is

PROGRAMMING COMMITTEE
The Programming Committee develops
luncheon programs that offer both informative speakers and networking
opportunities and participation. The committee Chair is

PUBLIC RELATIONS
COMMITTEE
The PR Committee maintains the quarterly
newsletter and this website, and promotes the membership by representing
our achievements to the media and the business community. The Committee

SPECIAL EVENTS COMMITTEE
During the course of the year, the
Special Events Committee offers a variety of social events to CREW members
and guests, including an annual holiday party, and a summer party. Contact

CREW CAREERS
This committee plans a CREW Careers
Day, introducing a group of local young women to the various careers in
commercial real estate. This year we are partnering with the Girl Scouts,
and CREW members will describe their disciplines. the participants will
learn how to develop a mall site, focusing on the legal, appraisal,
leasing, and marketing aspects. Contact

AWARDS
The Awards Committee is in charge of
three annual awards: the Tucson CREW Member of the Year Award, which is
given to the member who has promoted superior service and who has raised
awareness of the Tucson CREW chapter; the Tucson CREW Chapter Award,
given to a member who has demonstrated and promoted superior service
within the Tucson CREW Chapter; and the Member to Member Business Award, a new
award category for 2007 for the member that connects many other members, providing
referrals promoting Tucson CREW. The Awards Committee Chair is

NETWORKING AMBASSADOR
The purpose of
the Networking Ambassador is to promote networking activities within the
organization and improve business opportunities for the members. The
Ambassador sets up greeters at
the monthly luncheons; encourages networking among members, organizes
networking events and leads groups, and seeks out community events that
Tucson CREW members can participate in for business networking
opportunities. The Networking Ambassador is
