Membership Information Tucson CREW, a local chapter of the CREW Network, is focused on promoting business, providing educational opportunities and sharing information among members who represent all professions within commercial real estate. Founded in 1989, CREW Network has 57 chapters with membership exceeding 6,000 members. CREW membership offers outstanding opportunities connecting you with clients and colleagues to enhance business development.
Membership Qualifications Applicant must meet the following criteria: Demonstrate four consecutive years and current direct involvement (as defined below) in one of the following primary disciplines of commercial real estate: Sales and Leasing, Property Management, Finance, Project Development/Construction, Appraisal, Research/Consulting, Law, Project Development/Construction, Property Investment/Ownership Membership will be open, at the discretion of the Board of Directors, to individuals who currently hold positions as principals or senior officers with a minimum of four consecutive years of experience in any of the following secondary disciplines of commercial real estate: Architecture, Advertising/Marketing, Title Insurance/Escrow Services, Engineering, Economic Development, Environmental Services, Interior Design, Personnel Placement, Property Insurance, Business Brokerage In addition, membership may be open, at the discretion of the Board of Directors, to others in positions of influence in the commercial real estate industry. An Associate Member is one who has less than four consecutive years in the industry. Associate Members must participate in one committee or event annually.
